Hi! I'm Jacquie, a personal trainer and mom to four amazing kids - twin girls and two boys! While I've always been drawn to health and fitness, my path to becoming a trainer actually started with my own postpartum journey.

After dealing with diastasis recti and diving deep into my own healing, I discovered the world of core and pelvic floor health-- an area that deserves far more attention than it typically gets! As I began sharing what I was learning I realized how little people know (but how much they need to know) about these muscles. It is so fulfilling seeing the massive improvement in quality of life that comes as people learn to connect with these muscles that are so foundational to all movement.

Osteoporosis became another passion of mine, especially after understanding my own family's health history. I realized how critical it is to start thinking about bone density way before we hit our later years. My goal is to help women build muscle mass during key life transitions like menopause, and to show individuals with an osteoporosis diagnosis that exercise can be a powerful ally for bone strength. I love helping people realize they're capable of so much more than they think, and helping them feel confident and strong in their bodies.

My husband has been my biggest cheerleader, supporting every fitness certification and crazy training idea I've ever had! When I'm not geeking out about fitness or working with clients, you'll find me spending time with my family or perhaps in the kitchen baking and decorating cakes!
